What kind of software is this?
It is an all-in-one business management platform, often called a cloud ERP. Finance, people, operations, sales and delivery are connected apps under one sign-in.
Do I have to use every app?
No. Use only the apps you need, and add more later. Each person sees only the apps you give them.
Is it built for one industry?
No. A hotel, a factory and a law firm use the same apps and set them up differently. Our industry guides show how.
Can I control what each person can do?
Yes. Create a group for each job and combine roles in it. Access applies to a whole app across your organization, so use separate organizations if data must be kept fully apart.
Can I bring in my existing data?
Yes. Most apps import CSV files, including accounts, customers, products, employees and tasks, and keep a history of each import.
Do you have point of sale?
No. If you sell in person, keep your till system and enter its sales in Finance.
Can customers pay by card?
Public ride booking can take card payments through your own gateway account. Booking, the Store and Forms do not take cards today. Forms can email an invoice with your payment instructions.
Does payroll work outside Canada?
No. Payroll is Canadian and covers 2026 pay dates. Have your accountant review results before you rely on them.
