Terms of Service

Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. · Last updated November 3, 2026

These Terms govern the use of the Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. platform at shreekrupa.net and our products Booking, Payroll, Bookkeeping and Meridian Media Hub (together, “the Services”), provided by Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc.(“we”). The organization that signs up (“Customer”) accepts them for itself and its users. If you accept them for an organization, you confirm that you may. The Privacy Policy and, for personal information the Customer puts into the Services, the Data Processing Agreement form part of these Terms. Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. owns the shreekrupa.net domain and operates the sites on it, including www.shreekrupa.net, booking.shreekrupa.net, bookkeeping.shreekrupa.net and payroll.shreekrupa.net, as well as Meridian Media Hub at meridianmediahub.com.

1. Accounts and organizations

  • Users sign in with a Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. account (or Google, Microsoft or Facebook through it). Users must keep their credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorized use.
  • The Customer’s administrators control who belongs to the organization, which products they can open, and what each person may do. The Customer is responsible for its users’ activity.
  • Booking, Payroll, Bookkeeping and Meridian Media Hub open from the Customer’s organization on the Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. platform and use the same sign-in and permissions.
  • Each user accepts these Terms and the Privacy Policy when creating an account, and again after a material change. We keep a record of which version each user accepted and when.

2. Customer data

The Customer owns the data it and its users put into the Services (“Customer Data”). We use Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Services, as described in the Data Processing Agreement. The Customer is responsible for having the right to provide Customer Data, including notices to and consents from its employees, guests and clients. The Customer can export its data while the account is active, and for 30 days after it ends.

3. Acceptable use

The Customer and its users must not use the Services to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone’s privacy, intellectual property or other rights;
  • send spam or unsolicited commercial messages, including messages that breach Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation;
  • publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or that sexually exploits minors;
  • impersonate anyone, or misrepresent an affiliation;
  • upload malware, or probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Services or other customers;
  • access the Services except through their interfaces, or reverse engineer them where the law allows us to prohibit it;
  • break the terms of a service connected through them (online travel agencies, social networks, banks).

We may suspend access, or remove content from the Services, if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken. We will tell the Customer when we can.

4. Product terms

Payroll

  • The Customer is the employer. It remains responsible for the accuracy of employee, pay and tax information, for approving pay runs, and for paying employees.
  • The Customer is also responsible for filing returns and slips and for remitting source deductions to the Canada Revenue Agency, Revenu Québec and Service Canada on time.
  • Payroll calculates amounts with the published statutory rates it contains. It prepares statements, filings and payment files for the Customer to review. We are not responsible for penalties or interest that result from information we were given, from calculations or files the Customer approved without review, or from missed deadlines outside our control.
  • Payroll is not tax, legal or accounting advice.

Bookkeeping

  • Bookkeeping suggests categories and prepares entries. People decide what is posted to the ledger, and the Customer remains responsible for its books, tax returns and financial statements.
  • Bookkeeping is not accounting, tax or legal advice.

Dispatch, rides, deliveries and parcels

  • The Customer runs its own transport. It is responsible for its couriers and drivers (whether staff or contractors, and their licences, insurance and safety), for the rides and deliveries it offers, and for its prices, fees and refunds.
  • Couriers’ positions are recorded only while they are online in the courier screen. The Customer must tell its couriers how their positions are used and have a lawful reason to use them.
  • Carriers are connected under the Customer’s own accounts and agreements with them, and bill the Customer directly. Prices, transit times and pickup windows shown come from the carrier or from the Customer’s own rates and are estimates until the carrier confirms them. Carriers can change, refuse or interrupt their services, and we are not responsible for what they do.
  • The Customer is the shipper. It is responsible for what it sends, for packing and labelling, for not sending prohibited or dangerous goods, and for its customs declarations being complete and true, including contents, values, origin and tax numbers.
  • Cash collected on delivery, by its couriers or by a carrier, belongs to the Customer, which reconciles it with them.
  • Card payments go through the payment gateway the Customer connects, under its agreement with that gateway. The Services do not receive or store card numbers.
  • Routes, arrival times and own-fleet prices are estimates to help dispatch decide.

Booking

  • The Customer is the business its guests book with. It sets its own prices, availability, deposits, cancellation and refund policies, and is responsible to its guests for the services booked.
  • Connections to online travel agencies are made under the Customer’s own agreements with those agencies. Agencies can change or interrupt their systems. The Customer should check reservations, rates and availability in each agency’s own tools as well. We are not responsible for overbookings or lost bookings caused by an agency or by information the Customer provided.

Forms and electronic signatures

  • Forms collect answers, files and electronic signatures from the people the Customer sends them to. Each response is sealed with evidence of who signed, when and how, and the signer is asked to agree to sign electronically. These are electronic signatures with an audit trail, not qualified electronic signatures under the EU’s eIDAS rules or similar certified schemes.
  • The Customer decides which documents to have signed electronically and is responsible for whether an electronic signature is valid and sufficient for each one where it is used. Some documents, such as wills, some powers of attorney, land transfers and some government forms, may need a handwritten signature, a witness or a specific process.
  • The Customer is responsible for telling the people it sends forms to how it uses their information, and can link its own privacy notice from each form. Where it asks for identity documents, it must have a lawful reason to collect them.
  • A form that takes a payment creates an invoice in the Customer’s own finance records; the Customer collects the payment and handles refunds. Forms do not take card payments.
  • Time stamps come from independent free services (FreeTSA and OpenTimestamps). They can be delayed or unavailable; a record is still sealed and signed without them.
  • Forms are not legal advice.

Meridian Media Hub

  • MMH publishes to social networks on the Customer’s behalf, with access the Customer grants. The Customer must follow each network’s terms. Networks may reject, delay or remove content, or limit accounts, and we are not responsible for their actions.
  • MMH’s own terms add network-specific details.

5. Fees

Fees, billing periods and payment terms are set out in the Customer’s order or agreement with Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are in Canadian dollars, exclude taxes, and are not refundable for partial periods.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available and secure, and we back up Customer Data. We may change, add or retire features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce the Services, and at least 90 days’ notice before retiring a product the Customer pays for.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Services and their software. The Customer gets the right to use them during its subscription. Feedback the Customer gives us may be used to improve the Services without obligation.

8. Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential, and uses it only for this relationship. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed or lawfully received from someone else, or that must be disclosed by law.

9. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these Terms, and to the extent the law allows, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc.’s total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the fees the Customer paid for them in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to a party’s fraud, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

The Customer will defend and indemnify Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. against third-party claims arising from Customer Data, its content, or its or its users’ breach of these Terms or of a connected service’s terms.

12. Term, suspension and termination

Either party may end the subscription as set out in the Customer’s agreement, or immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms and does not fix it within 30 days of notice. We may suspend access to protect the Services or other customers, or when required by law. After termination, the Customer has 30 days to export its data, after which we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario, sitting in Toronto, have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. General

If a signed agreement between the Customer and Shree Krupa Enterprise Inc. conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement governs. We may update these Terms by posting them here; material changes take effect 30 days after we tell the Customer. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Neither party is responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
